INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE APPLICATION
Bagatin Digital is a web application designed to provide upgraded patient customer support. It enables patients to view scheduled future and past appointments, medical documentation, and direct communication with the medical staff.
APPOINTMENTS
Within the ”Appointments” page, there is an overview of upcoming appointments with information about the date, time, and location of appointment, as well as past appointments ("History").
MEDICAL DOCUMENTATION
The Medical Documentation page contains all patient documentation uploaded by the medical staff, as well as photos. Documents can be viewed in order of name, document type or date.
COMMUNICATION
Through the "Communication with medical staff" page, patients can communicate directly with the medical staff, and a view of all previous conversations is available.
SETTINGS
At the top of the screen, in the right corner, you can select the display language and log out of the application.
